Senior Engineer Ciprian Radu from RKB TTU attended a mandatory radioactivity protection course in Lucerne, Switzerland, organized by SUVA. The course was required for the proper and safe use of our Bruker S1 Titan 500 S portable spectrometer, which operates using X-ray technology.

We utilize this portable instrument alongside another spectrometer in our metallography laboratory to enhance chemical composition control within the Quality Department.

As a fast, precise, and highly effective non-destructive testing (NDT) tool, the portable spectrometer significantly accelerates material inspections for incoming control and reverse engineering, ensuring the quality and reliability of the materials used in our bearing components.
