The RKB technical team, working closely with end users, developed this solution specifically for HPGR by analysing our customers’ primary needs. The result is a large spherical roller bearing weighing over 3 tons and offering multiple benefits:

• Easier installation: The removable seal allows for misalignment checks and residual clearance measurements before assembly.
• Optimized lubrication: The bolted fastening system ensures the seals remain in place, preventing accidental detachment.
• Enhanced durability and easy maintenance: The seals not only prevent contamination but can also be easily replaced and securely reinstalled when needed.
