Ceramic brick is one of the most common building materials today. It can be made in two ways: soft mud molding and semi-dry pressing. The methods are distinguished by the amount of moisture contained in the molding mass.

The soft-mud process of brick molding contains six steps: extraction of raw materials, preparation of raw materials, green brick molding, drying, firing, and packing/transportation.
